How much does it cost?

BSAC Subscription

This is payed by monthly direct debit and currently costs £3.79 (Dec 2006) per month for ordinary members. This includes a monthly copy of DIVE magazine and third party liablility insurance cover.

Octagon subscription

This costs £7.00 (Dec 2006) per month and is also payed by direct debit. This covers such things as the hire of the pool and upkeep of the boat and other equipment.

Training materials

New members will need an Ocean Diver Training Pack, costing £30, unless they are already qualified.
