Free fitness sessions for members!

Monthly fitness sessions will be held on the 4th wednesday of the month, starting on 24th January.
Meet our new fitness trainer: Paul Hudson.
Paul Hudson
As a certified personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist and corrective exercise specialist from the highly regarded National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) I am fully equipped to help you reach your fitness potential. I have experience of working with athletes from all levels as well as people from every day walks of life. My sessions are tailored to the demands of the sport/activity and/or the fitness goal that is wanted.
I currently work as a personal trainer at DW Sports and in a school. Also I work as a freelance strength and conditioning coach, providing fitness sessions to county level junior cricket players. All my clients are very satisfied with their results and enjoy the programmes I put together for them. So if you’re looking to increase your level of fitness so it can help you to become a better SCUBA diver then please attend my monthly fitness sessions.
